Come and run on the most beautiful beach that Cape Town has to offer.

A beautiful run with a great cause…help keep Cape Towns Beaches Beautiful and Oceans Plastic Free

Venue: Meet on Kite Beach Table View/Bloubergstrand opposite the KFC/Jerries

Start time: 9am for 10km & 10am for the 3 and 5kms (check your start time below)

Entry fee…R150 for all distances. Your entry fee includes a T shirt and Tigers Milk Breakfast bun after the race.

MAX 100 participants

Finish with 3 pieces of litter (any size (BIG or small)) for your Pura Soda coldrink

All beach runs are planned around low tide – so you are running on hard compact beach sand

Is it tough? Was anything EVER worth doing, ever easy?

Can you run with shoes or barefoot? 100% your decision. Most people run with tekkies but loads run barefoot.

Our slogan – no shoes, no shirt, no problem…

So you’ve been creaming that Parkrun – time to take it up a level.

Earth Day – (theoretically on 22 April 2023) but every day is Earth Day so join us on the 7th of May for this run…cos there is simply NO planet B

Come get your Discovery 10 000 steps or heart rate/time points.

No on the day entries

The route – starts on the beautiful Table View Kite Beach. 100# Beach Run

Its an out and back run – so 360 degree (spectacular views). Start and finish at the same point.

There will be no water along the route so please bring your own reusable bottle.

The route is not really pram “push-able” friendly. But feel free to do your run/walk on the promenade if you so chose.

Are dogs welcome – of course – but on a leash! Bring some water along for Fido and a poo bag…if he poops – you scoops.

Start Times:

10km at 9am and 3km and 5km at 10am

Lucky Draws at 11:15am upstairs at Tigers Milk Blouberg

So my entry fee – what is that been used for?

We want to fill/collect/recycle 50 000 bags of plastic filled from various communities in Cape Town. Partnering with 30 schools in the Cape Flats areas, which are already taking part in recycling collections, we want to equip the community to fill the bags with plastic (bottles/tubs etc) and to take them to the schools where we will collect and recycle them.
